Thought For The Week: Let It Ride…
Each year, Chick-fil-A partners with the WinShape Foundation to offer an amazing motorcycle adventure throughout the southeast – inspiring communities and celebrating strong marriages and families along the way.
This year, we will be traveling from Peachtree City, GA to Birmingham and Florence, Alabama; then to Chattanooga and Nashville, Tennessee; Rome, Georgia and Back to Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta.
This is always a very special week for me – not only because I love motorcycles, but also because it gives me time to spend with my wife, Rhonda, my son, Ross, my brother, Bubba and his wife, Cindy, and so many other friends.
The purpose of the WinShape Ride for the Family is “to strengthen our own families while strengthening others,” but I would like to submit that you don’t have to be a part of a motorcycle convoy across the southeast to make that happen.You can strengthen your family and others this week, too. When it comes to loving your family well this week… Let it ride!
I hope you will join me in praying for all of the riders who are participating in the WinShape Ride this year, but also for the many individuals, families and communities that we’ll meet along the way.
