The second annual WinShape Ride for the Family is now behind us, but it’s what lies ahead that matters most. I think I can speak for all of the 50+ riders who helped lead our charge throughout Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee when I say that this year’s ride made a lasting impact on everyone involved.
Once again, Chick-fil-A partnered with the WinShape Foundation to offer an amazing motorcycle adventure throughout the southeast – inspiring communities and celebrating strong marriages and families along the way.
The purpose of the WinShape Ride for the Family is “to strengthen our own families while strengthening others,” but this isn’t just a weeklong commitment. In fact, you don’t even have to be a part of a motorcycle convoy across the southeast to make that happen.
There is no institution on the planet more important and more crucial to the well being of current and future generations than family. That is a bold statement, but one that Chick-fil-A and the WinShape Foundation boldly stand by and hope to impart to others in all that we say and do.
Please continue to visit www.winshaperide.com for updates and stories from our adventure this year, and for encouragement as you set out on the road ahead for your family and those around you.
Thanks again to all of the riders and volunteers who helped make the 2011 WinShape Ride for the Family a huge success.
